A blend of nine carefully considered botanicals, including lavender from the renowned Snowshill Lavender Farm in the Cotswolds. Juniper, coriander and angelica root are macerated in pure wheat spirit for 24 hours. Following this, bay leaf, grapefruit, lime, black pepper, cardamom seed and lavender are added to their carter head still for distillation.
Tasting note: Powerful aromas of bitter peel, orris root and coriander followed by whiffs of peppercorn and juniper. Intense, well integrated flavours of lemon zest, coriander and peppery juniper. Creamier towards the finish. Concludes brisk and dry with nuances of lavender and white pepper through the aftertaste.
