We’re thrilled to be bringing the Four Pillars Gin Pig dinner to Canberra for the very first time! With limited tickets available, get in quick to avoid missing out!
What’s a gin pig? Probably the greatest thing ever – Rare Breed Pure Black Berkshire pigs, bred in the Yarra Valley, fed with spent botanicals from Four Pillars’ distillations, and sent to select restaurants around Australia to create a dinner to remember!
What’s for dinner? We’ve developed three courses of ginspired share plates, designed in collaboration with Matt Wilkinson, celebrated chef and Creative Director of ‘all things made with gin’ at Four Pillars. Enjoy this gin pig feast with a selection of signature gin cocktails, and paired wines from Yarra Valley winemakers Payten & Jones Wines.
What else? This is no stuffy black tie event – meet and greet the Four Pillars founders Cam, Matt and Stu, and get to know other Canberra gin-lovers in a relaxed, communal setting.
